• Assessment data: your responses, generated scores, capability bands and AI-generated recommendations.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed and basic analytics events.

How we use it

To operate the Platform, generate your assessment results, deliver coaching and growth recommendations to your organization, and improve the underlying principles framework and AI models in aggregate, de-identified form.

Sharing

Assessment data is shared with the people in your organization who have access to your profile or to organization-level intelligence (e.g. your manager, your People team). We do not sell your data.

Security & data location

Data is stored in encrypted form with role-based access control and row-level isolation. Backend processing runs in EU and US regions depending on your organization’s configuration.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us via crebos.online/contact and we will respond within 30 days.
