These terms govern your use of Crebos Talent OS (the “Platform”), provided by Crebos. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The Platform

Crebos Talent OS is a Talent Intelligence Operating System used by organizations to assess capability, validate understanding, identify gaps, track growth, develop leaders and increase organizational maturity.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential and for ensuring that any data you submit is accurate and lawfully provided.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, interfere with other users, or upload content you do not have rights to.

4. Intellectual property

Crebos owns the Platform, its principles framework, scoring rubrics, AI models and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the assessment responses you submit and the reports generated for your organization.

5. Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. Crebos’ liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
